With over nineteen years of real estate investing and brokerage experience, Nick exemplifies a laser-like focus on development, Landlord and Tenant representation, and pre-leasing for planned developments in the retail sector of commercial real estate. Based on Nick’s years of experience, he is a seasoned professional at analyzing the feasibility of developments, project financing, and negotiating retail property sales and leases.

With an emphasis in the Southern California real estate market, Nick’s knowledge of the industry is complemented by his thorough analysis, marketing skills, and his astute industry knowledge.

Early in his career, Nick demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by utilizing his degree in Business Management Economics and Accounting, to found, develop, and led a financial company that specialized in asset backed securities and pooling assets that were packaged and traded on the stock market.
