Brandon Humann is a Managing Partner and Founding Member with Catalyst Retail.

Brandon’s focus includes oversight for operations, finance, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, accounting, legal, risk management, facilities, logistics, human resources management, information technology, corporate marketing and branding, reporting, and compliance.

Engaged in micro and macro operating activities, he synthesizes financial and operating results, and guides the organization on its short and long-term plans.

Together with the Managing Partner Team, Brandon spearheads the efforts at Catalyst Retail to identify and integrate information technology services and systems that provide outstanding performance results.

Working with intergovernmental and regulatory agencies, and city municipalities, Brandon strategically fosters cooperative working relationships throughout the development entitlement and permitting processes.

Prior to joining Catalyst Retail, Brandon’s background includes 12 years’ experience in Land Development as a Civil Engineer and Real Estate Developer. In these roles, he worked with Clients including 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, Chase Bank, Starbucks, and Quick Quack Carwash.
